Browsers
Our website works best with more recent versions of the most widely used browsers. We recommend one of the following browsers:

If the website doesn’t work, this may be due to JavaScript and/or Cookies not being enabled in your browser. You can check this as follows:
- In Internet Explorer, the option Tools/ Internet options/ Security/ Custom Level/ Scripting/ Active scripting must be activated and the checkbox Tools/ Internet options/ Privacy/ Advanced/ Override automatic cookie handling must not be checked.
- In Firefox, the checkboxes Tools/ Options/ Privacy/ Cookies/ Accept cookies from sites and Tools/ Options/ Content/ Enable JavaScript must be checked.
- In Safari, you go in under the Safari menu/ Security and tick the Enable JavaScript checkbox, then select the Always option to the right of the heading Accept Cookies. JavaScript and Cookies may need to enabled in different ways in other browsers, although the options can generally be found under the browser’s settings.

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file that the site saves in your computer.
Cookies are stored temporarily in your computer
We use session cookies and session ID in order for you to see the different pages correctly. The cookie is not stored on your computer after you close your browser. This type of cookie is used solely for communication between your computer and our server. It gives us no information about you as a user and it cannot transmit viruses to you.
You can turn off the cookie
If you do not accept the use of Cookies, you can change the setting in your browser to not allow cookies. However, this will mean that the website will not work for you.
Javascript
Several of the site’s services require Javascript to be enabled in order to work. To check whether Javascript is enabled, see under the heading Browser.
Colours and resolution
In order to display the images in the Image Gallery with good quality, the computer’s video card should be set to display at least 256 colours, preferably more.
The website is responsive, which means that it works on various devices and in various resolutions.
Downloading files
To open a file – click on the link. Links to files open automatically in new windows.
To save a file – right-click the mouse on the link and select Save Target As. Give the file a name and choose where it is to be saved.
Open PDF files
To open PDF files, we recommend the software Acrobat Reader, which is free.
Open Word, Excel or PowerPoint files
If you do not have software that can read the file formats for Word, Excel or PowerPoint, you can download Microsoft Viewer free of charge.
